By creating an account or using Guidelya you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Guidelya is an information and productivity tool with an AI assistant that provides personalised checklists, guidance and links to verified resources for major life transitions.

Guidelya does not provide legal, migration, medical, tax or financial advice. Content and AI responses are for general information only. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your rights, health, immigration status or finances.

You must be at least 15 years old, provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Guidelya provides account-protection controls you are expected to use where appropriate — including two-factor authentication (2FA), a security activity log with a "This wasn't me" panic action, active session management, and idle auto sign-out. Sign-in, sign-up and password-reset requests are rate-limited to protect accounts from brute-force and credential-stuffing attacks; passwords must be at least 10 characters and pass a strength check. Your email address is masked in the UI and is never exposed to other users through the public API. See Privacy Policy §8 for the full list of protections. You must promptly notify us at privacy@goeasy.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You must not: (a) misuse the AI assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the service; (c) impersonate any person; or (d) breach any law of the Commonwealth of Australia or your jurisdiction.

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. We may log prompts and responses to operate and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Some links go to third-party partners. We may earn a fee. We do not control partner services and are not responsible for them; your dealings with partners are governed by their own terms.

Guidelya content, branding and code are owned by Guidelya or licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to process it to provide the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guidelya is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI output.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under local law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
